Sexual Harassment includes such unwelcome sexually determines behaviour (whether directly or by implication) as Physical contact and Advances, A demand or request for sexual favours, Sexually coloured remarks, showing Pornography or any other unwelcome physical verbal or no verbal conduct of sexual nature.
The committee is empowered to deal with such complaints and act in line with the recommendations of the government.
