Mechanical Engineering Candidates: Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or its specialized streams (e.g., Mechanical and Automation, Mechanical and Electronics, Mechanical and Automobile). However, the word “Mechanical” should be first indicating Mechanical Engineering is the core and second subject is the elective. Academic Performance: Minimum 50% marks in the final year of the degree program. Minimum 50% marks in English in 10th/12th/Degree Examinations Naval Architecture Candidates: Qualification: BE or B.Tech in Naval Architecture or its specialized streams (e.g., Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, Naval Architecture and Ship Building). However, the word “Naval Architecture” should be first indicating naval architecture is the core and second subject is the elective. Academic Performance: Minimum 50% marks in the final year of the degree program. Note: Must have completed 10th and 12th from a recognized board. The degree must be recognized by the government or AICTE. Note: A relaxation of 5% marks in English shall be granted to the candidates who are native of the Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar islands and belong to Scheduled Tribes and who and both of whose parents were born in those islands and belong to the Scheduled Tribes of those islands. | Maximum 28 years of age at the time of commencement of the course. | Eye-Sight: Minimum Unaided Vision 6/12 Eye Health: No eye conditions, full eye movement, normal pupil response, good binocular vision. - Refunds, as applicable based on the above policy, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation email.
- The refund policy also applies to candidates whose enrollment is canceled due to failure to clear the IMUCET (applicable only for B.Sc. Nautical Science, B. Tech Marine Engineering, and DNS) or failure to clear the medical examination.
