The four months Electro-Technical Officers ETO course is approved by the Directorate General of Shipping (Government of India). This ETO course is strictly residential. ETO Course commences Every alternative Month.

ELIGIBILITY

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION	AGE LIMIT	MEDICAL EXAMINATION
For BE/B.Tech Degree Holders:- Education: Must have a BE / B.Tech degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunication/Communication, or Electronics and Instrumentation with at least 50% aggregate marks in degree. English Proficiency: Need at least 50% in English in either 10th or 12th grade. If not, you must have 50% aggregate in your degree exam, provided the degree was taught in English. For Diploma to BE/B.Tech (Lateral Entry) Candidates: Education: Entered BE/B.Tech in the 2nd year through lateral entry after completing a Diploma in the relevant fields with 50% aggregate mark . English Proficiency: Need at least 50% in English in 10th grade. If not, you must have 60% aggregate in your Diploma or 50% aggregate in your degree, provided the course was taught in English. For Diploma Holders: Education: Must have a 3-year Diploma in the relevant fields with at least 60% aggregate marks. English Proficiency: Need at least 50% in English in 10th grade. If not, you must have 60% aggregate in your Diploma, provided the course was taught in English. Other Requirements: Must have completed 10th and 12th from a recognized board. The degree must be recognized by the government or AICTE.	Maximum 35 years of age at the time of commencement of the course. No Color blindness and Color vision tested with Ishihara Chart. Physical Fitness: Candidates seeking admission to this Programme must be medically fit and need to produce certificate of medical fitness issued by D.G.Shipping Approved Doctors. Note:

Application Fee is non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
Refunds, as applicable based on the above policy, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation email.
The refund policy also applies to candidates whose enrollment is canceled due to failure to clear the IMUCET (applicable only for B.Sc. Nautical Science, B. Tech Marine Engineering, and DNS) or failure to clear the medical examination.
In respect of refund policy, the decision of the institute is final and binding.
This cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of the institution. Candidates are advised to review this policy periodically for any updates.

As per D. G. Shipping Guidelines, passport is mandatory to join the course.
Caution Deposits are refundable at the end of the course after adjustments of laundry charges & damages, breakages etc., if any.
Fees paid is forfeited if withdrawn from the Course after the course commencement.
